HEATHER is the face behind @thealchemiststylist and founding stylist of Uplift Haus Studio. Heather has worked up and down the mainline for over twenty years. Five of those years were spent specializing in color, allowing her to have a professionally trained eye for hair color. Her other boasted talents include bridal and event hair and makeup, fashion shows and shoots and has had her work published and printed.
Heather has studied in Paris, New York, Miami and Atlanta with top named stylists and continues to endlessly seek knowledge.
Heather is a certified Reiki Master and energy worker. She will most likely ask you your sign and talk about the phases of the moon. 

A lover of the arts and all things creative, Heather loves photography and many other art forms. She will bring a creative outlook to everyday hair and beauty, wishing to leave a little art for you to live in. She believes self care should be a ritual enjoyed by all and best when shared. 
When not in the salon Heather can often be found with her toddler twin girls and ten year old son. She loves spending time with friends rock climbing or around a fire. Animal lover, history preserver, environmentalist and nature enthusiast are all other traits and topics she would love to engage with you on!
